Since its debut in 1993, the Taiwan International Percussion Convention (TIPC) has been held once every three years. To date, it has welcomed ensembles and artists from five continents and 33 countries, totaling 168 groups and individuals, and has premiered 79 works by Taiwanese composers. In 2026, TIPC will proudly celebrate its twelfth edition.

Upholding its core mission of “Taiwan going out, the world coming in,” TIPC has, for over three decades, not only led global trends in percussion but has also infused Taiwan with vital momentum for percussion development. It has gradually become a key international platform that drives and shapes the evolution of percussion worldwide.
