The 7th TIPC – Striking Vibrations
TIPC由「台北國際打擊樂節」正式更名為「臺灣國際打擊樂節」，以臺灣之名向世界發聲，演出場地擴及全台各縣市。
TIPC changes its name from “Taipei International Percussion Convention”, to “Taiwan International Percussion Convention”, bringing the name of Taiwan to the world. TIPC tours are expanded to include all of Taiwan.
