有鑑於加速的時代腳步，TIPC首次由三年一度改為兩年一度舉辦，持續邀集世界頂尖的擊樂人，一同來臺追夢。
In response to the accelerating pace of the times, TIPC changed from a triennial to a biennial event, continuing to invite the World's top percussionists to Taiwan to pursue their dreams together.
