The 3rd TIPC – The Dream Takes Hold
TIPC名號在國際擊樂社群內已無人不知，受邀團隊紛紛卯足全力拚臺，創辦人朱宗慶該年榮獲國際打擊樂協會（PAS）頒授「傑出貢獻獎」。
TIPC starts to become well-known within the international percussion community, Ensembles invited to perform in the 3rd TIPC are all striving to give their best performances in Taiwan. In the same year, the founder of TIPC, Ju Tzong-Ching received the "Outstanding PAS Supporter Award" from the Percussive Arts Society (PAS).
