主動引介潛力十足的演奏家，荷蘭皮可沙打擊樂團、以色列皮卡杜擊樂二重奏等團隊，一躍成為國際樂壇炙手可熱的演出者。
Invitations extended to performers with great potential, such as the Percossa Percussion Ensemble from Holland and PercaDu, a duo percussion ensemble from Israel. Their exposure on the TIPC stage helps them make the leap into becoming internationally recognized musicians.
